How we make the difference
Softcode has been appointed to a research project to evaluate immersive education solutions over B5G/6G networks. The project will use the IMAGINE-B5G testbed at the University of Oslo (Norway) to explore how AR/VR technologies can enhance teacher-student remote communication.
The project is carried out by Karlstad University and Softcode in a partnership. Anna Brunstrom, professor in Computer Science at Karlstad University, says that the project will “deliver practical insights on various educational scenarios, including engineering, art, and healthcare training.

- Software Assessment & Strategy Development
How we make the difference
Softcode was engaged to analyze and recommend improvements to a critical communication platform used by emergency (“blue light”) authorities across several Nordic countries. The Software Assessment identified structural issues and demonstrated the need for several significant quality and security improvements.
The assessment also highlighted the customer's need for an established Software Development Strategy to support the systems and software-based services they deliver. Softcode was subsequently engaged to lead the strategy development project as subject matter experts in this domain. The strategy will be tailored to the customer’s business needs, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements.
